All Products

For anyone who legally owns the product, you may:

• Edit the product however you please
• Sell commissions as long as the product and same product tier is legally owned by all parties
• Sell Clothing/Accessories you created for the product as long as all parties possess legal ownership of the product, and none of the original product's files can be provided aside from the Armature if the product is a model
• Sell Retextures you created for the product as long as all parties possess legal ownership of the product, and none of the original product's files can be provided aside from the Substance file (No base colour textures can be included)
• Sell modified versions of the product, including kitbashes/edits (Please contact us first)

You may not:

• Claim the base asset as your own work
• Share the files to any parties who do not legally own it
• Share any License Key that is provided from any purchase of this asset
• Use this asset in a way to carry out any form of dehumanising behaviours, including but not limited to racism, hate speech, homophobia, as well as engaging in illegal acts
• Add our work or any product (whether it's on a completed model by you or someone else) of us into an AI generator

You hereby acknowledge and agree that:

• We, the creators of this product, reserve the rights to use it for advertisement, games, media, or any other form of content
• Any permissions, licenses, exceptions etc personally granted by us to an individual are exclusive and does not extend to others
• These terms and description are subject to change anytime without notice
• We are not responsible for any misuse of the product or any administrative actions taken against you by any platform, please use the product responsibly
• Due to the digital nature of this product, all assets are non-refundable and all sales are final - If you encounter any issues with any products please reach out to us here
• Infringment of these terms will result in license revoking, blacklisting and potential for a DMCA takedown.
• Buy purchasing any products you have the basic to intermediate knowledge with Unity, Blender and Substance Painter to be able to correctly work with them

Avatars

For anyone who legally owns the avatar, you may:

• Use the avatar for VTubing (Please contact us first)
• Make public/clonable avatars of the avatar, as long as it is moderately edited and does not include any Adult Content.

You may not:

• Use the avatar for commercial purposes (Such as using parts of this avatar and putting it on another avatar intended for sale)

We humbly ask that you credit the artists properly when posting or using the model :)

Assets

For anyone who legally owns the asset, you may:

• Use the asset for VTubing

You may not:

• Use this asset for commercial purposes (Such as using parts of this avatar and putting it on another avatar intended for sale), unless the product specifically states it has a commercial license
